Lost output window

 I had detached the output window to place on another monitor to view a large search output. Later I dragged it to the bottom of HEW in attempt to dock it there but it disappeared. I spent 15 minutes searching help but need to get back to work.

So 2 questions:

1) How do I get it back?

2) In general how are windows docked?

    1) The window is in View > Output. If it is greyed the window is open.
    I assume the window is still not docked and somewhere on the Windows desktop.
    2) I don't know what you mean. In every row of windows you can dock a new window at the right or left end. In addition you can put a window in a new row at the upper or lower end of the HEW desktop.
