Reg: Faceing issue while import arduino code to RL78/G13( 52Pin MCU) KURUMI-GR

                      I am using IDE-GR(kurumi) and uplode the ARDUINO CODE for kurumi which has been written below. And i attached the waveform peak which was captured in oscilloscope

The code to toggle P70 LED ON/OFF for issue.i didnt get expected O/P for P70.

and the pins and port reference taken at tool-cloud2.renesas.com/index.php and which was alloted for kurumi RL78/G13.
