include paths are modified when I copy a project

When A project is copied the include paths are modified. I make all my paths relative to my project. So it can be imported to another workspace. With a copy of a project e2studio fills in the absolute paths.

Please add a checkbox "Do not modify paths".

  • You should not just copy projects but you should use Export - Import to move projects.

File > Export > General > Archive File

File > Import > General > Existing Projects into Workspace

  • Hi Frank

    Thansk for the reply.

It is a little more work, but ik works.

Still i don't like this feature, all versions of eclipse I was used to did not touch my settings.

By the way: I tried to install the e2 studio in eclipse Juno, but I got a lot of  (java?) errors. ( windows 8, latest java).

  • Up to date e2studio is implemented only in Helios. It does not work with Juno yet. A Juno version should come beginning of Q2 2013.

  • This thread will be archived because it references a deprecated version of the IDE.
