  • Have you checked the details of the error message? I think what you show in your question is not all information available.
I had such error message for the directory RemoteSystemsTempFiles.
I think different e2 studio versions use different locations for this directory.
For e2 studio V5 this was in the project directory.
For e2 studio V6 this seems to be in .metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.core.resources\.projects\

Please check the details of your error message and if it is for this directory please add the directory at the appropriate location.

    Hi Frank,

    Thanks for the reply.
    I'm using e2 studio v6.3.0
Directory - .metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.core.resources\.projects\ is there in the appropriate path.

    compilation error details:

    make -j4 all

    lbgrx -isa=rxv1 -nofpu -lang=c -head=runtime,stdio,stdlib,string,new -output="test.lib" -nologo

When I installed e2 studio 1 month before this issue was not occurring frequently. Its occurred very rarely.
The last two days I can't able to compile the code. This error occurs every time for every project source.

  • In reply to Mike Clements:

    Dear RenesasRulz,

Issue was solved after adding TMP_RX environment variable in project properties->environment variable.
    Value - temporary folder location(example:-C:\Users\manu.harshan\AppData\Local)
    Origin - USER:PREFS

    Thanks and Regards,
