I'm designing a new schematic/PCB for a motor control and I wanted to use a Renesas RX66T 144pin R5F566TKGGFB microcontroller.
I chose this microcontroller because it has the pinout compatible with the new RX72T and I need the model with more than 100pin
I can't understand if the Renesas R5F566TKGGFB (Group RX66T 144Pin) microcontroller is already in production and can be ordered.
In the pages of the website Renesas does not seem to be purchasable and the distributors in my country do not seem to know much about this product, they just say that it is a new product.
If the microcontroller is not yet in production, is it possible to have some samples?
Thanks for every suggestion
The R5F566TKGGFB is a new device and as of now there's no distributor. Have you tried requesting samples through this page?

Thank you JBUnfortunately the Samples button does not seem to work with Firefox and Explorer.
If I used R5F572TKCDFB (RX72T 144pin) ?? ... they are very similar, but the problem .... is in production?
I found on this page ....it's sad to wait for 5 months to try a prototype, but I don't have much choice
unfortunately I need a microcontroller with 2 ADC modules with simultaneous reading Sample/Hold synchronized (4 ADC inputs) for some high frequency signals

What country are you from? If you really need the R5F566TKGGFB device, please contact Renesas Sales Support near your location. I believe they can help you with your concern.
