In the input voltage level(P414) of the RA4M1 Users manual, min is VCC x 0.8, but Max is not listed.
What is the Max value when the operating voltage is 3.3V?
Is it possible to receive 3.4~4.4V from the P414 as a high enable signal?
Or should I change to 5V tolerant ports?
Refer to the Absolute Maximum Ratings section
At 3.3V, the max input is 3.3 + 0.3 = 3.6V
So, use a 5V tolerant pin
Do the RA devices not specify a max injection current that can be controlled by a current limiting resistor? In the datasheet I only see injection current mentioned in the context of un-powered devices, but isn't there is a specification for such a thing during the operational state?

You might need a new post for your question since it is about a different spec. I didn't find anything on injection current during operation either, but someone else might know for sure if it is available... Have you seen it in other vendors data sheets?
