Are there any significant advantages of Renesas' capacitive touch compared to other capacitive touchscreens such as stone capacitive touchscreens?
Hi Georgeli,
I don't have much experience with the other brand in your link but here are some of what Renesas features for their capacitive touch solutions:

Let's wait for others who can give comparisons with the products.

Is it compatible with other MCUs? For example, is there a library module for it on Arduino?

The Renesas capacitive touch solution is focused on buttons, wheels, sliders, and proximity type applications and not touchscreens. The new RA family does implement a touchpad as an interface for capacitive sensing, however touchscreens is not the focus for this HMI product.
Hope this helps.
And what is the point of it, please? Or I would like to seek a data sheet for this product.
The touchpad controller can be used for position determination or gesture recognition. For some more information about Renesas Capacitive Touch solutions, visit here: Capacitive Touch Sensor Solutions | Renesas
Specifically, check out the RA2L1 device family which features the new CTSU2 peripheral IP and can support touchpad interfaces.
