exception error thrown when trying to open configuration file

Hi,

I installed SSP 7.5.1 on my new Windows 10 PC.

I can successfully compile a project.

But when i try to open configuration.xml, i get the following error " An error has occurred. See error log for more details.
java.lang.NullPointerException"

What do i need to do to fix this?
