Starter Kit Park - Evaluation Kit Software and Libraries

This page provides links and downloads for RSK based hardware boards. Examples and libraries support LCD modules, IR Data tranfer, Key matrix, serial port drivers, and other utility functions. Application code is available here for Real Time Clock, Terminal, Calendar, IR remote control, and tone generator.

R8C/M16C LIN Networking API Layer

This webpage has app notes, manuals, white papers and full downloads for the R8C and M16C demo boards. Many of these files can also be found on the CAN-D Kit CD-ROM.

Zigbee

Renesas offers a Zigbee compilant Protocal stack and reference design. There is support for 900Mhz and 2.4 Ghz radios. Renesas also offers a "lightweight" 802.15.4 Stack for simple RF networks.

H8S/H8SX LCD Direct Drive Solutions

Renesas offers full TFT LCD kits for rapid development of 1/4 VGA, half VGA and full VGA display systems. This solution eliminates the need for an external LCD controller by using the External DMA peripheral and an external RAM Frame Buffer.
