H8/3644 programm flash

Hello. I need to program some old mcu HD64F3642AP. I have E8A emulator and FDT ver.4.08. But this tools don`t support H8/3644. May be older version FDT support. Does somebody have an exsperiance of programming flash H8/3644? I can make easy the board to set boot mode or programm mode but i dont have necessary soft ware. Please help.

    As I understood from the first post of this thread (Vasyl Tkach),was able to program the older MCU HD64F3644 the E8A emulator,please tell me what output you want to use E8A,or maybe there are other ways to program this MCU,Thank you

    It seems not contain HD64F3644.

    Hi gringo,

    You probably have to use  F-ZTAT software via UART(SCI). Not E8a.

    Hi Kirin,I can't understand how all this need to connect to my MCU,I have a program F-ZTAT ver5 as I understand it there is a list of my MCU HD64F3644 I saw it there as I understood I need to program my MCU through Maxx232 but I can't understand how it got to plug my MCU,the Datasheet I show there write what adapter is it?or simply need to use Tx Rx Vcc Gnd? my MCU is on the block I PRAMO want to program what you need to do the setting in the program F-ZTAT,I would like that would you to me not many objasnili please Kirin help please I distinguish my hats off to you.Thank you.

    I just read H8/3644F User's Manual and understood in detail how to write flash memory.
    It is a complex chip writing flash memory.
    Because it need to supply 12V to VPP pin and TEST pin writing flash memory.
    You can either supply 12V individually to the pin from outside your board, or supply 12V using HS0008EASF2H adapter.

    HD64F3642AP boot mode pin setting
    VPP : 12V
    TEST: 12V
    P22/TxD : HOST RxD
    P21/RxD : HOST TxD
    RES : external power on reset or other
    VCC : 3Vto5.5V
    VSS : GND

    Kirin well I don't have that adapter,maybe you have a picture how to assemble it to me,I want your MCU to program on my block.as I need to do this.

    Kirin ,thank you for the diagram,how correctly you need to collect for this scheme to my MCU,where it is necessary to podovat power 12V ,if you have a scheme ready ask you to share me.the diagram is not clear that where it is necessary to connect.Thank you.

    Kirin,I tried to connect with FDT program 4.09 joined me as you VPPs : 12V TEST: 12V P22/TxD : HOST RxD P21/RxD : HOST TxD VCC : 3Vto5.5V VSS : GND,is the connection with my MCU,then the program shows an error,VPP : 12V TEST: 12V I Setenil in place,well if resident 12v and connect is conect and still then shows an error,can't understand what to do to me ,this is an error.tell me what's wrong I am doing,if you have an old version of FDT V3.05 share please.Thank you.

    It may be a problem of a baud rate that you can't communicate.
    H8/3644F permits baud rate 2400, 4800 or 9600 bps.

    And, can you check the boot of flow by looking at the communication waveform at UART(SCI) and reset pin with an oscilloscope ?
