why is it problem with I2C on SH7264
When I start programm I see condition signal on I2C line but don't see data signal on this line, mey be some one meet wits such problem.

You can find I2C sample source code (EEPROM Read/Write) for SH7264 from Renesas web-site. As ckgrier said, you need to sign in for source code.

I use simple for 7264,
and clock signal and data signal not output
but command signal's (like start or stop condition) is output, do not understand why thet.
Which board & I2C channel that you are using? or try different I2C channel. I am using sample code, it is ok to me.
In case you are using Renesas's M3A-HS64xx boards, there are jumpers setting for I2C.
my board, meybe som problem with shem, if somethin find (reason of this problem) will writen about this
